What is a rejection finalizer?

Definition
	A rejection finalizer is a move that signals the speaker's acceptance of a rejection by another participant.
	The rejection may be of an offer that has previously been made to the other participant.

Example (English)
	The Okay in the last turn is a rejection finalizer: A: Are you sure you don't want a cigarette? B: No, I couldn't take your last but one. A: Well, the last one actually—that would be my last one. B: No thanks. A: Go on, have it Rob. B: No, no I'm not having it, I'd feel too bad. A: Okay.
