Este cuento en el tepehua de Pisaflores trata acerca de una mujer que se convertía en cigüeña y que le chupaba la sangre a los niños recién nacidos. Hubo una ocasión cuando le chupó la sangre a un recién nacido, hijo de un ranchero que vivía en un potrero lejos del pueblo. Entonces aquel ranchero la mató con un rifle, por eso la gente sabe que la cigüeña era una bruja que vivía en medio de un bosque. |
Description:
This story in Pisaflores Tepehua is about a woman who changed into a stork and drank the blood of newborns. Once she drank the blood of a newborn who was the son of a rancher who lived by a pasture far from town. The rancher killed her with his rifle, and that is how the people discovered the stork was actually a witch who had lived in the middle of the forest. |
