Steps
  Follow these steps to finish the screen frame of a silk-screen printer:
 
  1. Tap the nails in far enough so that they do not stick out and the surface of the screen frame is smooth.
  2. Sandpaper all surfaces with the medium sandpaper..
  3. Apply one coat of varnish.
  4. Let dry for at least 24 hours.
  5. Sandpaper lightly with the fine sandpaper.
  6. Apply the second coat of varnish.
  7. Let dry again for at least 24 hours.
