Planning a training activity

Each activity in a training program needs careful planning.

• Determine how to deliver the training.

• Determine if the training curriculum is designed for the instruction of adults or for the instruction of children.

Goals and objectives

• Write a clear, realistic goal for the training activity.
• Write measurable objectives which represent an achievement of the goal.
• Prioritize the objectives.
