Introduction
 

Literacy doesn't just happen, but is the result of much planning and hard work. Now that you have completed the planning and preliminary studies, it's time to recruit, train, and make other specific preparations for teaching people to read and write.

 
Note:

No two programs are alike. Always keep in mind that there is no prescribed order in a list of "Things to do". What and when you do things depends on your situation.
