Summary
 

Balances needs of beginning and fluent readers and the amount of information they need. Usually omits phonological features least understood by Westerners who do not know how to teach. Might actually be much more difficult for readers to learn and read without those features. Complete symbolization is less of a problem even if some strange symbols are used.
