534m5: Goblet drum

Description

Goblet drums, or chalice drums, are shaped like a goblet and have one head and are most often open at the bottom. They are made of pottery, wood, or occasionally of metal. They appear in a variety of sizes. An example would be the darabukke from Islamic countries.
