Binding a book

 

Introduction
 

There are many ways to bind a book. The choice of binding will vary according to

 
  • available funds
  • available materials
  • purpose of the book
  • thickness of the book, and
  • the type of book.
 

These modules discuss two ways to bind a book:

 
  • Side-binding
  • Center-binding
 

You can use various materials with each of these binding methods.
