Costing mobilization activities

Introduction

Mobilization work covers a range of activities such as

  • promotional work to announce and “sell” the program
  • the obtaining of permissions for the program, and
  • networking activities needed to put the program together.

Planners often underestimate what is needed in this area to “make things happen.”

If you wish, you may print this module and use it as a work sheet. Write in your estimates next to each of the things to do that are relevant for your literacy program.
