Situations that constrain literacy programs

 

Introduction
 

There are several kinds of situations that impose special constraints on how, or even whether, a literacy program can be carried out.

 

If your situation happens to be one of these kinds, it will affect in significant ways the shape of your program. In some cases, your situation may make it impossible to select a program type that might otherwise be appropriate.
