	self-directedness use of the learner's experience the need to learn, and problem-centered orientation to learning.
	Reviews teaching principles and their relationship to learning theories and teaching theories. Discusses how to apply the aforementioned areas and relates them specifically to the human resource development of organizations.

Evaluation
	Is a good review of theory. Uses many resources and quotes extensively. Appears to have been exposed to much of the current theory. Has readable style and is user friendly.
