Summary

People recognize the importance of readability considerations when preparing literature. They want to read what they produce, but the more difficult and complex the material, the less likely it is to attract readers. Is written for SIL members who work in literacy and literature production. Attempts to summarize and put in one place the major factors which address relevant factors in text management. Hopefully, it can serve as a checklist of items to think about when preparing literacy materials.
