Summary
 

In the Oro Province, the community framework has been put into practice with good results so far, and Multistrategy literacy classes began in March 1987. After a survey of the province by a university survey team, a team member was put in charge of the program as coordinator. Volunteer-experienced facilitator advised and trained the coordinator.
