Summary
	Are good additions to a field library as general references. Monograph 1 is most helpful for field work in literacy. Monograph 2 is a practical book for production of motivational materials to promote different community development projects. Discusses some methods and gives examples of motivational materials. Discusses different aspects of motivation and states what is appropriate.

Evaluation
	Looks at the overall picture but needs to look more at causes and reasons for motivation. Seems to have some paternalistic attitudes (see section on Family planning).
