What is page orientation?

 

Definition
 

Page orientation is the layout position of a piece of paper for printing. There are two orientations, vertical (portrait) and horizontal (landscape).

 
  • Portrait page orientation is where the vertical size is greater than the horizontal size.
  • Landscape page orientation is where the horizontal size is greater than the vertical size.
