A training goal is a short, concise, general statement of the overall purpose of a training program or activity.

Here are some examples of training goals:

 
  • In this course, the trainees will gain a basic understanding of the Multi-strategy method and will learn how to apply the method in an adult literacy class.
  • The goal of the primer workshop is to write a primer series for the Oromo language.
