What is a related institution?

Definition

Related institutions in a literacy program are government departments which are not primarily responsible for the program, but which have an interest in it.

Example

Here is an example of a related institution:

  • Any government department which has actual or potential goals for bringing education or information to local communities.
Discussion

Network with a wide range of related institutions. This will determine which of them may be interested in concrete cooperation. However, maintain a general level of contact with all of them.
