Resumen:
Cuenta la leyenda que hace mucho tiempo no había sol. La oscuridad le daba vida a las piedras. Por eso ellas podían caminar. Un grupo de hombres llevó piedras a Tlaxiaco y construyó una iglesia. Otro grupo de hombres de Mixtepec quiso hacer lo mismo, pero salió el sol y las piedras murieron. Por eso, en esa época, no se pudo construir la iglesia de Mixtepec. |
Summary:
Legend says that long ago there was no sun. The darkness gave life to the stones, and they were able to walk. A group of men took the stones to Tlaxiaco and built a church. Another group of Mixtepec men wanted to do the same, but the sun rose and the stones died. Because of this, in that era, they weren't able to build Mixtepec's church. |
