SIL at Biola offers a full range of courses for undergraduate and graduate credit. Students can take any of over thirty courses to prepare for fieldwork in linguistics, literacy and translation projects. These courses can be taken within a number of different degree programs, including the MA Applied Linguistics and the MA Intercultural Studies.  The MA in Linguistics and Biblical Languages offers Greek and Hebrew courses in conjunction with Talbot School of Theology located on the Biola University campus. The MA in Applied Linguistics can be taken with an emphasis in Orality and Scripture Use.

Financial aid is available for students pursuing membership in SIL. 

Faculty have excellent qualifications and field experience from long-term involvement in language projects located in N. America, S. America, Asia and Africa. The community of students and faculty maintain a contagious connectivity to God’s heart for the world.
