The Mbe verb: a description of the verb system of Mbe, a language of northern Cross River State, Nigeria

"This paper will present the morphology of the Mbe verb system and also show the phonological processes involved in the system's working. Many of these phonological processes are 'morphologized', i.e., they must be given morphological constraints, as will be seen. Furthermore, brief accounts will be given of the semantic denotations of the various verb constructions."
