Description:
In this text a young man named Tumigbaw, one of the earliest people, tries to sail around the world with twenty friends and is shipwrecked at the navel of the ocean, where he climbs a strangler fig tree. There he discovers the nest of the mysterious bird responsible for eclipses of the sun or moon. Tumigbaw's Jack-in-the-Beanstalk-like adventures include the discovery of a supernatural child and an elephant herd.
