Report on Kagan-Kalagan

The purpose of this paper is to give a brief summary report on the cultural community of Kagan-Kalagan, of the Wendel's work with this group from 1977-1980, and on the reevaluation and phase-out of the program among them for reasons perceived to be linguistic and cultural assimilation into the majority culture.
