SIL's dedication to language development past and present
SIL is committed to providing technical services for those involved in language development, as well as for translators and translation projects around the world. Several series of publications are available to help translators with various aspects of the translation process in relation to the biblical text in particular. A number of electronic resources are also available for translators involved in Scripture translation projects.
SIL also provides consultant services as a third-party check of the accuracy and clarity of translated materials prior to their publication.
