Translators are typically speakers of the language in which the translation is being done. They often work as members of a team and interact with a translation facilitator.
A Reviewer is a mother-tongue speaker of the language of the translation, appointed to read the draft translation and give feedback. In many situations, reviewers form a committee in order to meet together from time to time to read and discuss the translation. In some situations, they work individually and send their comments and suggestions in written form.
