Napo County Seat, Recorded Text Test, retelling method, 'Bitten by snake'

Files associated with this archival package are associated with a recorded text test developed as part of a dialect survey of the Dejing dialect area. This survey has been published through SIL's Electronic Survey Reports, number 2012-036. For internal use, we have given this story the title "Bitten by snake", and designated it RTT04. This package includes the files that were used to generate the test and files that would be needed to administer and score the test, as well as files that document the pilot-testing of the test. The storyteller has been given the internal identifier D04-ST01, and the pilot-testing panel participants have been given the identifiers D04-S02, D04-S03, D04-S04, D04-S05, D04-S06, and D04-S07. Audio recordings of their re-tellings of the story are included with the participant metadata. Audio available in WAV format upon request.
