The Kamasau language is spoken by about 900 people in the East Sepik Province of Papua New Guinea. This is the second in a series of 3 language documentation videos about the process of making a grass skirt. This includes taking the prepared leaf fibers and tying them onto the waist strap. How some of the fibers have been dyed yellow with natural dye is also explained.
