Sumaneetaab ātēbto kōōtaab 1 : Kitaabuutaab lēēkōōk chēbo braaymaar 1

For the last ten years Bible Translation and Literacy (BTL) has partnered with the Government of Kenya in implementing Mother Tongue Education (MTE) in schools among the Sabaot community. This standard 2 Social Studies pupil’s book in Sabaot was developed by teachers, education officials from the Sabaot programme area and BTL staff and Consultants. Earlier, before the production of the books in this se-ries, BTL worked with the community whose language was previously un-written to develop and produce a functionally and acceptable orthography (writing system).
